Product Warranty

XIMI VOGUE NEXTGEN MALL provides a warranty period of one week only for digital products. No warranty is provided for any other items unless expressly stated otherwise. All digital items must be checked and confirmed to be working before they leave the store.

We shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of products purchased from us.

Items sold under sale, promotion, or special offer are offered at their final marked prices and are not eligible for any additional discount.

Accepted Payments

All prices displayed on our products are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include 16% VAT.

We currently accept payments through cash, M-Pesa, and credit card. To help maintain secure transactions and reduce the risk of fraud, we may request proof of identity for any purchase where necessary.

Returns and Refunds

If any item delivered to your location is defective or damaged, you are required to notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. Once reported, we will arrange for the item to be returned so that the defect or damage can be examined.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same item where stock is available. If the same item is not available, you may select another product of equivalent value.

Customers are advised to shop carefully, as we do not ordinarily accept returns or issue refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind or chosen the wrong item. Refunds are only processed if an item is out of stock.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are normally completed within 2 working days from the date of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected delivery address is correct and suitable for receiving the goods.
